General purpose

 

Define and deliver overall concepts, seasonal Marketing Plan in the Go-To-Market for the 3-5 years strategy for his/her perimeter according to and in alignment with the brand’s strategy and guidelines.

Ensure the proper implementation of the perimeter marketing strategy at a country level, where responsible based on brand calendar and country roadmap

Main responsibilities area

Develop and validate concept for the perimeter

- Identify, evaluate, co-select and validate promising concepts that support the Brand’s growth strategy and build the brand equity in alignment with overall brand strategy

- Drive the collection, consolidation and sharing of knowledge related to target consumers and competitive environment

- Lead project groups composed in order to develop concepts for his /her perimeter: key elements of each Concept (consumer benefit and story, communication universe…) and its business plan across product Categories (topline, margin, A&P)

- Ensure Concepts’ relevance, quality, sufficiency and proper timing of delivery for the perimeter working with internal teams

- Finalise wrtiing /story telling of these concepts

 

- Steer the “Marketing Plan process” (MPP) in order to enable clear decision making and timely delivery of Initiatives/Programs in close coordination with Categories, Commercial and Regional organizations.

- Tune Initiatives/Programs to region-specific requirements when relevant

 

Brief the marketing team on key seasonal initiatives for his/her perimeter:

- Consolidate Go-to-Market requirements for the brand on his/her perimeter.

- Propose the Marketing mid-term strategy for Go-To-Market in order to maximize A&P spending efficiency and ensure fluidity across the type of media and marketing programs for “sport”

- Brief and document the right teams on brand and seasonal initiatives for them to drive campaign excellence and calendar implementation for the perimeter.

- Ensure support to and partner with all local Brand Managers in clarifying information and initiatives for the perimeter to ensure proper marketing implementation locally, monitoring KPIs/ROI of programs.

 

- Monitor the A&P spending and manage budget

Qualifications / Skills

Foreign languages : Fluent communication skills in English

Computer skills : Pack Office, Adobe package

Others : brand marketing, business and commercial acumen, consumer & customer insight
