Participate in establishing strategy of sport vision under BM responsibility “ Road Running + ME:Sh ” that set the path for product / Commercial development.
Oversee all steps to business plan development related to Sport concepts working with product and commercial business units across categories and GTM org for Road Running + ME:sh
Drive delivery of the Salomon Road Running + ME:sh ” seasonal Marketing Plan in the Go-To-Market phase
Drive the country roadmap process and implementation to align country strategy with global brand WTP and How to win for UK
Participate in the roll-out with Regional and Local Marketing teams, and Monitor KPIs/ROI of Marketing programs
Day to Day management of the A&P spending and budget management under responsibility
